Kenisha's fashion journey began in Mumbai, where she established a bridal wear boutique and taught fashion at various institutes. Her move to Hyderabad twelve years ago marked a new chapter as she set up the CBSE curriculum for fashion and home science at Glendale Academy, blending industry knowledge with practical education.
She noticed a gap in the market: many clients wanted to imitate specific designs without knowing if they suited them. This led her to pursue a certification in styling in the UK.
"The concept was new to the Indian market, and there was little awareness about it," she recalls.
Inspired to fill this gap, she created Kenisha Styles, a platform dedicated to personal styling and image consultancy.
With Kenisha Styles, her aim is to make personal styling accessible to everyone, not just celebrities.
"Fashion has always been more than just clothes to me; it's a form of self-expression," she shares.
